	Welcome to the Nigerian Achievers Awards Institute site. The Institute was established in October 2000 with the main aim of identifying and honouring Nigerians that are seen to be contributing significantly in various aspects of human endeavours. In recognition of the positive contributions made by Nigerians worldwide, the board of the Nigerian Achievers Institute held the view that the showcasing and honouring of such role models will inevitably contribute to the positive enhancement of the country’s image world wide and as such a decision was made in October 2000 to establish the Nigerian Achievers Awards programme and since it’s inception in October 2000 over 200 distinguished Nigerians have been honoured with this prestigious award. Some of the past award recipients are listed as follows: Chief Emeka Anyaoku Dame Shirley Bassey Sade Adu Kriss Akabusi Lord Adebowale Baz Bamigboye Joyce Ohaja Patti Boulaye Fedelis Odita QC Oba Nsugbe QC and a host of others.
